Proof of Concept
Stop guessing. Start with proof.
Proof of Concept is a scored diagnostic that tells you exactly where your brand stands relative to your market, your competitors, and your potential, and exactly what to do about it.
What it is
Proof of Concept is our foundational engagement. It's a 4-week diagnostic deep-dive into your positioning, your market, and your competition — built around our proprietary quantitative benchmarking model.
We start with a structured intake to uncover internal misalignments. Then we run an external audit to capture how your brand actually shows up in market. We score everything across 77 metrics and 5 weighted clusters — from positioning clarity to demand gen readiness — and benchmark you against comparable SaaS companies. Then we deliver a scored diagnostic report showing exactly where you stand, how you compare, and a prioritized roadmap for what to do next.
Who it's for
Series A SaaS companies who know their brand and marketing need to level up, but need data, not guesswork, to know where to invest next.
Why do a Proof of Concept
Most SaaS companies at this stage skip the diagnosis and jump straight to execution. They redesign the website without rethinking the positioning. They launch campaigns without understanding why the last one didn't work. They invest in brand without knowing what the market actually needs to hear.
The result is expensive guesswork. A pretty website that doesn't convert. Messaging that sounds like every other company in your category. A brand that looks good but says nothing.
Proof of Concept starts differently. Before we evaluate a single metric, we size the territory. How large is the category demand? How much has your competition claimed? What’s something nobody is saying?
Then we score the gaps and filter every recommendation through what your team can actually act on — your headcount, your budget, your bandwidth, what you've tried before. You get a plan built for your reality.
After Proof of Concept, you'll be equipped to:
1. See exactly where you stand against comparable SaaS companies — and how big the opportunity actually is.
2. Prioritize the most impactful moves across positioning, brand, website, customer journey, and campaigns.
3. Turn Series A momentum into a concrete marketing plan that drives qualified lead generation.
4. Align your internal team and external partners around a single, clear marketing roadmap.
What to expect
Your Proof Score is built from 77 metrics across 5 weighted clusters:
Brand & Positioning — positioning clarity, narrative strength, differentiation, visual identity
Web & Digital Presence — site performance, UX, conversion architecture, SEO foundation
Content & Thought Leadership — content volume, quality, distribution, thought leadership presence
Demand Gen & Marketing Ops — lead capture, nurture flows, marketing automation, analytics
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement — buyer journey alignment, sales collateral, competitive positioning
Each cluster is scored, benchmarked against peer SaaS companies, and mapped to specific recommendations in your roadmap.
